TERMS OF SERVICE

◇ By reading these TOS you are agreeing to them. Any rules broken will be denied for future commissions or adopts.

◇ First things first, I am a human being just like you. I’m not a robot nor a machine, I have a personal life and things I must do. So please don’t pressure me nor rush me to finish your commission.
I take breaks when needed so I don’t overwhelm/stress myself, not only that but to prevent wrist injuries since my right hand is my dominant one.

◇ Commission slots are first come first served. If they are all taken please kindly wait until I put you in a waitlist, once reopened I’ll give that slot to you.

◇ Finally, properly communicate with me, communication is the key to both understand the client and artist! We’re in this together until we are both satisfied with the results

Payment methods & Delivery

◇ Commissions can be accepted through PayPal or Cash App in USD◇ Two options: can either pay 100% upfront or— 50% after sketch approval which is then followed up by the remaining 50% after the Lineart is done.◇ A minimum, give me a week to finish your commission, the maximum is two-threeweeks.◇ Sketches can be revisioned many times as you see fit until your satisfied with.◇ Refunds are acceptable before sketch approval.◇ Once the sketch has been approved, there will be no refunds.

◇ Under NO circumstances you use my art for AI purposes, NFT, etc.

As the commissioner you can:

◇ Post the artwork anywhere you see fit as long it’s properly credited◇ Adopts are planned for any future references. Once they’re yours, you have full ownership to do however you see fit. Under no circumstances you’ll resell them more than what you paid for unless said oc contains more artwork.

As the artist I can:

◇ Refuse any commission as I see fit.◇ Will upload said commissions on my socials, but if you'd like to remain anonymous just let me know! I will respect your wishes as long as you respect mine.◇ Will send in frequent updates on said commission you have purchased

◇ 50% of additional characters. If oc is a child the first one is always free.
